BLOCK PARTY

 In August First Presbyterian Church opened its property to the community with a Block Party. Kids played games, ate cotton candy, and bounced in a dinosaur. Enjoy the slideshow video below. 

1st Presbyterian Honors Local Police, Fire and First Responder Families

       Members of the Winneconne Police Department, Fire Department, and First Responder unit were honored with a delicious meal on April 25th.  As a church, we expressed our gratitude for the work and dedication of these men and women to keep our community safe and a great place to live.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH INCLUDES.....

• Participation in the annual Back to School clothing collection project which assists over 650 children in Oshkosh, Omro and Winneconne

• Providing toiletries and personal hygeine products for the Help the Homeless campaign in Winnebago County

• Financial support of Christine Ann Doemstic Abuse Services and adoption of two families each Christmas season

• Support of Winneconne Area Assistance Center (WAAC) with donations of food and funds

• Participation in the Souper Bowl of Caring collection held every year on the National Football League Super Bowl Sunday--all proceeds go to WAAC

• Education of the community about the Fair Trade initiative in third world countries and making Fair Trade coffee and chocolate products available for purchase
